What we do

Every one-on-one coaching journey at Running To Lead begins with your personal vision—your detailed mental picture of a preferable future. Starting with the end in mind provides powerful clarity and direction for the path ahead. By identifying the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, we’re able to uncover the obstacles in your way and map out the most effective next steps toward your goals.

While many people attempt this kind of growth on their own, it’s easy to lose focus, momentum, or confidence—especially when challenges arise. (think of the New Year’s workout plan that fizzles by mid-January.) The intention is there, but without structure and support, we often fall back into comfort zones.

That’s where coaching makes the difference. Through a personalized, supportive process, we help you clarify your vision, define the barriers holding you back, and explore your best options for moving forward with confidence and purpose.

To create meaningful, lasting change, we require a minimum of three sessions. However, many clients choose to continue on a regular cadence—often 12 months or more—to maintain accountability, work through real-time challenges, and keep growing into their best selves.

What we do

As a Maxwell Certified Team member, I facilitate discussions over an 8 week series focused on content written by one of our generation’s greatest personal and leadership growth authors and leaders! These engaging discussions not only promote the sharing of innovative ideas but also enhance the quality of the foundational material that underpins our strategy. By working together in these sessions, participants can leverage their diverse expertise to perspectives for the benefit the entire Mastermind group!
