 I think the biggest growth for me was the 1 on 1 meetings with my team.  I was hesitant at first and didn't really know what to say or do.  Now we sometimes go over our allotted 1-hour time frame.

 Be open to listening and getting feedback from others.  It is very helpful and as long as your willing to learn and put into use what you discuss it will be beneficial in your career.”
